About chef PJ Vadas

After working in France, the UK and US, chef PJ Vadas made his way back to SA to establish The Roundhouse in Camps Bay, which he ran for four years. Recently, he and long-time friends joined forces to create Vadas Smokehouse & Bakery at Spier Wine Farm.
