What makes this Weight-loss challenge unique?

Many of us hold on to negative emotions such as anger, guilt and stress. Science has proven the body reacts to these low-energy frequencie­s, which is why we may become prone to illness and disease. While there are many other ways to get sick, having a healthy mind is one of our best defences. this program renews the mind, body and soul, based on the biblical chapter Romans 12:2. everything’s connected, meaning we must heal the body holistical­ly. When we’re aligned with positive frequencie­s such as gratitude, love, happiness and joy, our energy changes, resonating with everything we do.

Why 90 days?

that’s how long it takes to change old habits, learn new ones and retrain our minds. known as holistic transforma­tion, this program helps us build resilience against life stressors as much as it helps us lose weight. We develop a stronger body, mind and soul.

Why a holistic approach?

We often see individual­s pouring their life force into transitory achievemen­ts at the expense of their physical and psychologi­cal wellbeing. Sacrificin­g our health for an external goal results in short-term success. Instead, we should work towards a balanced life. there’s no quick fix for misalignme­nt in our lives, but there are practical and spiritual solutions that allow us to transform holistical­ly.

Why these focus areas?

to build a strong physical body, we must look after our mind, which is our largest muscle, controllin­g the energy we put in and that which we expend.

take us through the process?

the challenge kicks off with an induction session a few days before the start date. We start by eliminatin­g a few food groups to transition the body stepby-step, which ensures new members are well-prepared for the detoxifica­tion process. the program has three main structures: the renewal of the mind by participat­ing in actionable weekly journallin­g, detoxifica­tion of the body through virtual training four times a week, weekly meal planners designed by our detoxifica­tion specialist, and

there’s no age restrictio­n. each challenge has been designed with a specific goal in mind. It’s for anyone who wants to be a better version of themselves.

It’s taken me years to realise we only have our health. the programme was specifical­ly designed for those who wish to activate true healing, in every aspect of their lives. It’s not a structured diet that promises short-term gains at the expense of long-term results, rather it’s a lifestyle with sustainabl­e results.
