Go! Drive & Camp

On the inside

-

The edge of the bed runs from the tail to the nose and can double as a practical 56 cm wide bench. There are hatches underneath the mattress where you can pack items that you don’t need every day – from extra canned food and books to a warning triangle and a wheel spanner. If you sit on the bench, the cupboards with the most space are to the right against the wall near the A-frame. They’re deep enough to fit a winter duvet or spare pillows. The dressing table is to the left of the cupboards and there’s a small mirror on the wall behind it. If you sit on the bed you have to bend down a bit to see your face in it. There is a 220 V socket to the left of the surface (there is another socket to the left of the bench and one above the mattress at the top of the bed). In front of the bench is an upright cupboard with shelves – perfect for extra clothes, towels and bedding. The wall at the back is your clothes cupboard. It’s one big built-in cupboard with more than enough space for two people’s clothes. Lights in the trailer are few and far between. There is only one in the middle of the pop-up roof. So if you’ve already turned in for the evening you won’t reach it. The light has a bright white light setting and also shines a sober blue if you want something more subdued. The electricity box’s panel is at the stair next to the door and above this is a row of canvas pouches for smaller items like sunscreen and matches.
