NAM-CHAR NAMIBIAN HARDWOOD BRIQUETTES
These burn through evenly from the bottom, then around the edges and neatly over the top. Once the meat was on, the NamChar briquettes held their own for a while, but they needed to be stoked and moved around a bit in order to get maximum efficiency from them. The result was medium-rare meat after four minutes on each side.
