Go! Drive & Camp

This is real service!

- ANTON BOTHA Alberton

Ithink many of us are slow to unpack a caravan so that it can be serviced. That’s why I’ve been using the services of a mobile workshop for several years – they come to service my caravan at my home.

I am strict about these services and I replace the tyres every fourth year like clockwork, even though the tread still looks good. Recently, I again arranged for a mechanic to come to my house to service my caravan. It was definitely time, because something sounded suspicious around the caravan’s coupler.

After the mechanic postponed the appointment a number of times, I got annoyed and browsed through the September issue of Drive & Camp. That’s when I saw an advertisement for Wessel McMaster of Caravan Services & Repairs. I unpacked my caravan right there and decided it was going to Wessel. I made the appointment on Monday, and by Wednesday they had my caravan. When it was done, Wessel got in my vehicle – with the caravan hitched – to drive around the block so he could make sure everything was perfect. I didn’t even get this kind of personal attention when I bought the caravan.

Now – after the service – the caravan is also somewhat lighter, because I didn’t return some of the unnecessary items I had unpacked.

You often hear about bad service, but not that frequently when people deliver good service. Thank you, Wessel, for your excellent work and personal attention. It’s the best I’ve ever experienced.
