There’s something reassuring and satisfying about the cleaver-like design of the Biltong Buddy, by custom knife maker Adriaan De Villiers. He’s purposefully made the handle in the reverse-grip style and the blade is of a good quality N690 stainless steel to that it retains its edge after many hours of biltong carving. It’s 150 mm long in total, while the blade’s length is 60 mm.
