I would like to share the exceptional service I got from the three Loftus brothers, Woody, Neil and Joel.
At the start of 2020 I bought a 2013 Jurgens Classique from Loftus Caravan City. It had stain marks on the outside under the bathroom window, but I could live with that.
On our first camping trip with the Classique we had issues with the fridge. I took the caravan back and nobody quibbled: Loftus had them replacing the fridge then and there with a new one. Some of the workers tried to remove the stains, but unfortunately damaged the paint job. Neil insisted that they give the panel a new coat of paint, and because I hadn’t had a problem with the stains, I offered to pay for half the cost. They, however, wouldn’t accept any contribution and I got a newly painted panel with a new fridge.
You’d have to search far for a caravan dealer who offers such peace of mind.
