Infanta introduces its Black Series

-

To sell Infanta off-road caravans internationally, Jurie Swart, owner of Infanta 4x4, has entered into an agreement with caravan manufacturer Black Series in America. While the first shipment of Infanta’s caravan series, the Enkulu, has just been shipped, the Black Series caravans have already landed on our shores. Two models are available locally: the C12 and C15. Jurie tells us there other models are too heavy for the local market. Like the Enkulu, the Black Series also has a galvanised chassis and an aluminium body. As with in the Enkulu 2, the bed also pulls out of the body like a large capsule. But in the Black Series, the capsule slides out from the rear and not the one side. The C12 has one double bed and one single bed, while the C15 boasts an extra single bed. Both have an indoor bathroom, 100 ℓ water tank, 100 ℓ greywater tank, independent suspension with double shock absorbers and coil springs, and just like the Enkulu, an outdoor shower. Both also have an outside kitchen with a threeplate gas stove (and the C15 also has one inside). The C12’s dimensions are 5,1 x 2,1 m (height 2,5 m). The C15 has the same dimensions but is 6,1 m in length. The C12’s tare weight is 1 500 kg (GVM 2 000 kg) and the C15’s 1 900 kg (GVM 2 500 kg). Depending on the exchange rate, they cost around R630 000 and R700 000, respectively. Contact 028 512 3663 infanta4x4.co.za info@infanta4x4.co.za
