Arguably one of the largest brands making canopies in our country is Rhinoman. After making specialised metal parts from state-owned enterprises, Rhinoman branched out to providing aluminium canopies for the leisure market and galvanised steel units for commercial use.

The Rhinocab is constructed from 100% high-grade aluminium, giving it a superior strength-to-weight ratio, and all the sheets required to make it are moulded to precision using CAD programmes and high-quality welding. The finishing touch is a powder coating, usually in white, though you can opt for a colour to match that of your bakkie’s bodywork.

Options include a smash-and-grab film and security mesh on the widows, a rooftop table frame, storage boxes, cutlery bag and LEDs. It also comes with a two-year warranty.
