Proper service!

I bought my Crown Trax off-road caravan from Motor King & Marine in Pretoria. Part of the deal was to have the caravan slightly customed to my requirements. For example, I asked for gas cylinders instead of the jerry cans that go on the back. They did it with pleasure. After our first tour, there were a few things that needed attention – one rubber leaked, for example, but nothing serious.

Back home, I called the manufacturer of the Crown Trax, Jan-Albert van Niekerk. His factory is in Springs, but Jan-Albert told us he’d come get the caravan from us. Five days later, it was returned to us.

Now that’s proper service. Doing business with such people is a pleasure, and it gives you as a customer peace of mind, because you have the necessary support.

Thanks to Jan-Albert and Nico Barnard, the salesman, and his staff. The Crown Trax is compact, sturdy and comfortable. And it sets up really easily, even for young people in their eighties like us!
