Is this a rubbish dump?

I’ve been camping since I was young, and often over the past 19 years. What really bothers me are all the cigarette butts and bottle caps strewn everywhere in campsites. Surely people who camp love nature and should cherish it?

I always clean my site, and it’s troubling to see the amount of rubbish I pick up on a single stand.
