Spoon ground coffee beans into the Pyrex glass beaker, add boiling water and allow the coffee to brew. Press the plunger down and decant the coffee into a cup. The coffee is more cloudy than that of a Bialetti percolator, but a French plunger gives you more control over the brewing process and you can make your coffee stronger.
