Harmony House turns eight with show
Harmony House, an organisation dedicated to reviving gospel music in SA, will be celebrating their eighth anniversary on Saturday at the Downtown Christian Centre in Southernwood.
They will be hosting American gospel artist Vashawn Mitchell who has produced several award-winning projects and songs for Grammy award winners such as Vanessa Bell Armstrong.
Managing director William Wildeman said Harmony House was established in 2010 with the primary objective centred on reviving, uniting and restoring the gospel music industry, primarily in the Eastern Cape.
“For the past eight years, we have collaborated with numerous established gospel artists.
“A personal achievement for the Harmony House ensemble was the release of three singles within the last eight years – Deep in Our Hearts, Wonderbaar and My One Desire.
“We are truly thankful to God for sustaining this vision thus far and truly grateful for the overwhelming prayer and support received throughout the Eastern Cape,” said Wildeman.
Tickets are R200 and the concert starts at 6.30pm.
