KING WEATHER

Despite some light rain, the weekend in King is mostly going to be hot and windy.

Temperatures start off mild enough on Thursday with a maximum of 23°C. The heavy cloud cover is a sign of the rain to come and is accompanied by 22km/h winds from the east.

On Friday, the temperature jumps to 29°C but thankfully, this is followed by the wind dropping to 11km/h. Light rain in the afternoon should help cool things off a bit.

Things will stay hot on Saturday with the temperature peaking at 28°C. Heavy winds return, howling through from the southwest at 22km/h. Rain is expected for the evening.

Sunday sees the rain dry up with some cloud remaining. The temperature drops back down to 23°C and the wind settles to 14km/h from the southwest.
