After our dairy article in Platteland #4 we were inundated with enquiries about where to buy cheese-making ingredients and equipment. It wasn’t long before the Capetonians behind the successful home-brewing college and online shop BeerLab let us know about their new company, CheeseLab, where you can order complete cheesemaking kits, ingredients, equipment and all sorts of cheeserelated utensils (think cheeseboards and knives). Everything is delivered to your door within two to three days. The kits contain everything you need to make at least five kinds of cheese, plus a recipe book and information sheet.
