That’ll do, pig, that’ll do

I was on an early morning game drive in Phinda Private Game Reserve in KZN when we crested a hill and saw a bush pig and her piglets run across the road. There was a loud squealing on the side of the road – one piglet had been left behind! We waited with the engine switched off so the family could regroup. This piglet bounded into the road, saw our vehicle and ran straight towards us. It ended up running under the vehicle and popped its head out under my door before joining its family again.
