• There aren’t any formal cycling routes, but you can explore any of the public roads on your mountain bike. Take note: The roads in the coastal section of the park have very thick sand that will be tough to ride.
• Bring your fishing rod and wetsuit if you like seafood, because you can fish and dive for crayfish in season in strictly controlled zones along the coast. Get a map from the reception office so you know where you can go. Popular zones for fishing (kabeljou, steenbras, stumpnose) and crayfish diving include Delwerskamp, Abjoel, Bamboeskamp, Boulderbaai and Policeman’s Helmet. Make sure you get a permit from any post office beforehand.
