Light the fire and get ready to braai!
Prawn Packets with Kale Couscous
Preparation Time 10 minutes Total Time 25 minutes Couscous Prepare braai. In a bowl, combine 1 cup couscous with ½ cup boiling water. Baby kale Divide 150g kale among four 30cm squares of foil. Top with couscous. Cocktail tomatoes Quarter 450g cocktail tomatoes and divide among packets. Garlic Thinly slice 2 large cloves garlic and scatter over tomatoes. Peeled prawns Top with 450g prawns, drizzle with 2 tbsp oil and season. Cover each with a square of foil; crimp and seal edges. Place on braai for 15 to 20 minutes (or until cooked). Serves 4.
