Light the fire and get ready to braai!

Prawn Pack­ets with Kale Cous­cous

Prepa­ra­tion Time 10 min­utes To­tal Time 25 min­utes Cous­cous Pre­pare braai. In a bowl, com­bine 1 cup cous­cous with ½ cup boil­ing wa­ter. Baby kale Di­vide 150g kale among four 30cm squares of foil. Top with cous­cous. Cock­tail to­ma­toes Quar­ter 450g cock­tail to­ma­toes and di­vide among pack­ets. Gar­lic Thinly slice 2 large cloves gar­lic and scat­ter over to­ma­toes. Peeled prawns Top with 450g prawns, driz­zle with 2 tbsp oil and sea­son. Cover each with a square of foil; crimp and seal edges. Place on braai for 15 to 20 min­utes (or un­til cooked). Serves 4.
