A study in the Archives Of Sexual Behavior found that women engaging in intimacy with a man climaxed only about 65% of the time, but oxytocin, a hormone produced when you climax, may help you sleep better and even curb carb cravings. ‘Women sometimes think colouring our hair, getting our nails done and getting a facial are the only ways to indulge ourselves, but that’s not true,’ says Schwartz.
