BREAKFAST: Fasting till noon except for coffee and 1 ℓ water LUNCH: ‘Green soup’ made from chicken broth, baby marrows and spinach/chicken spinach salad, cheese and mayo DINNER: Roast chicken/pork or steak with veg and/or salad SNACKS: Droëwors, nuts, biltong, slice of Cheddar and Bovril
Write it down. Keep a food diary until you become used to what you can eat in one day.
Keep track. Take measurements and photographs of your body. Repeat every month and record the progress. Have a clothes goal. Try on a pair of jeans or an item in your wardrobe that is too small that you want to fit into.
