Use it on wraps, in salads or as a dip
IN A BOWL, combine 3 avocados, pitted; juice of 1 lime; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1 small red onion, diced; ¼ cup chopped tomatoes; 1 small jalapeño, chopped; ½ tsp salt and ground pepper.
COMBINE using a knife to keep the avo chunky. For added creaminess add 1 tbsp mayonnaise. Keeps for up to 2 days.
