Dark Chocolate Mousse with Baileys
Deliciously light and fluffy dark-chocolate mousse is infused with a sweet hit of Baileys liqueur.
Makes 6 to 8 glasses of mousse
120g 70% dark chocolate 3 egg whites
6 egg yolks
4 to 5T of Baileys
