Years ago, this question sent me on a journey of discovery and development, and I decided to share what I’d learnt. Purely by accident, I built one of South Africa’s largest self-development communities for men, boasting 18 000+ members.

The community, now discontinued, was known as Betterman. The question that started it all is still a constant call to action in my life.
