The goal for any sports brand is to design and create a lightweight running shoe that provides enough cushioning and helps you run further for longer.

To achieve that, Puma created an advanced foam called NITRO for responsiveness and cushioning, infused with a carbon fibre plate to propel your foot forward on toe-off.

Puma combined a thin, suede lining, for a close-to-foot feel and reduced irritation, with an engineered mesh upper for breathable support. Its outsole comprises a durable rubber compound suitable for running on all surfaces.

Our verdict? It’s lightweight and peppy enough for speedwork yet cushioned enough to support you when you get tired towards the end of a marathon.
