In the 2017–18 season, he played a key role in the team’s record-high fourthplace finish in the league, earning him the Young Player of the Season award in recognition of his outstanding form. Ndlovu has been a full international since March 2018 and has proudly represented South Africa at a COSAFA Cup.

GQ: how do you incorporate mitchum into your public image and social media presence?

Siphesihle Ndlovu: As a professional athlete, I’m always in the gym, dedicated to improving my fitness levels. Therefore, it’s crucial for me to have a product that enhances my confidence as a public figure. My social media profile revolves around showcasing my best self because that’s when I truly feel good. Mitchum is undeniably my go-to product.

GQ: how do you see this partnership enhancing your connection with fans and followers?

SN: I absolutely love interacting with our fans as they consistently show up in large numbers to support us, especially during challenging times. It’s not uncommon to receive hugs and take pictures after a demanding 90-minute game. Despite the potential discomfort from sweat and odours, with Mitchum, that’s not something I have to worry about.
