Nieu-bethesda blooms with graduates

-

On Tuesday, December 5, DA Councillor Linda Botha drove to Nieu-bethesda and treated the little ones to an early Christmas. Packets of sweets, goodies and popcorn were handed out to happy-faced little children with good wishes to and from all. Later in the afternoon the traders and little Khoisan children danced to Khoi music and a little fellow played the guitar, after which delicious cake generously donated by Pick n Pay was enjoyed by all. Adults were also given food and meat parcels kindly donated by local businesses and a farmer. Councillor Botha said that to see the joy on the Bethesda children’s faces, made her feel that every minute of her job is worthwhile.
