NIEU-BETHESDA — Paula Kingwill is offering another workshop on The Rest from March 17 to 20.

Reconnect: Grounding invites participants to reconnect with their inner and external resources so that they may live more fully and respond with resilience to the challenges life throws at them.

Through this workshop participants will be invited to explore patterns and behaviours that keep them stuck and keep them from moving forward with their lives, work and personal relationships.

When freed from old patterns and connected to their source of support individuals can achieve great things!

Paula is an HPSCA registered drama therapist, counselling psychologist, family constellations practitioner and cattle farmer. With 20 years of experience of working in the healing profession, she is qualified to guide and support individuals through this personal process.

The workshops take place on The Rest and the beautiful natural environment enriches and supports the work.

In the process, participants will be guided and supported in using the arts and creativity to gain new perspectives and insights.

They will be invited to take walks in the mountains and to learn from the wisdom of the natural environment.

No prior experience or skill in the creative arts is needed!

The workshop is fully catered and participants enjoy delicious farm cooking with healthy ingredients made with love.

Paula is also offering solo retreats and retreats for couples.

These retreats are customised for the specific needs of the individual or couple.

This may include support to complete or progress on a project (art exhibition, book, PHD) or to work on a specific event or personal process.

For couples, this may be to support in preparation for a particular event (marriage, the arrival of first child) or to navigate a transition (children leaving the home, loss of own parents and the like).
