Gymnastics for kids in Graaff-reinet a reality
GRAAFF-REINET — Karoo Gymnastics has been operating in Graaff-reinet since the start of the 2018 school year.

This past weekend the team of Karoo Gymnastics attended the Woman’s Artistic and Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Skills Development Workshop 2018 in Jeffrey’s Bay.
The team consists of Antoinette Erasmus, Ulandi Keevy, Darlene Theron, Atél Theron and Gerrie Scheepers.
Karoo Gymnastics provide young boys and girls of Graaffreinet, Cradock and Somerset East with a curriculum designed to teach the basic fundamentals of gymnastics.
In addition to learning gymnastics, children will enhance flexibility strength, increase mindbody coordination, sharpen their mental awareness, develop self-esteem and social skills, and most importantly have fun!
