Man dies after stabbing
The Jansenville Police are investigating a murder after a 29-year-old Jansenville man was stabbed in his neck on 5 September, at around 18:15.
According to the police spokesperson for the area, Capt Bradley Rawlinson, Zavier Pietersen ran into an entertainment business in Holland Location with multiple stab wounds to his neck. He collapsed and died.
“The 37-year-old man who had been seen arguing with the deceased before the stabbing was arrested later that evening by Jansenville Police,” said Rawlinson.
The suspect was to appear in the Jansenville District Court on 7 September, but it was not yet clear what the outcome of his appearance was by the time of going to print.
