In pursuance of a judgment dated 11 February 2020 of the above Honourable Court and an attachment in execution, the Defendant’s property described below will be sold BY THE SHERIFF, being J.R. NIEUWENHUIZEN or the Deputy on duty, in front of the Magistrate’s Court, Willowmore, by public auction and without a reserve on Thursday, 8 OCTOBER at 11h00:
Remainder of Farm Zuurberg No. 165, Baviaans Municipality, Division of Willowmore, Province of Eastern Cape, in extent 1284,7980 (One Two Eight Four Comma Seven Nine Eight Zero) hectares, held by the First Defendant under Deed of Transfer No. T24636/2015, situated at Farm Zuurberg No. 165, Willowmore RD;
Description of Property: The property is a farm in Willmore which has upon it a 260m² House, a 70m² Shed, a 100m² garage, a 456m² workshop, a 78m² shearing shed and 3 worker houses. There also appears to be 1 Diptank, 7 Kraals and 5 shelters on the farm. The water source for irrigation crops = 7 boreholes. The description of the property is not guaranteed or warranted.
