OUDTSHOORN
In terms of section 16 of the Municipal Systems Act, Act 32 of 2000, the Executive Mayor of the Greater Oudtshoorn hereby invites all Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Community Based Organisations (CBOs), Media, Non-Profitable Organisations (NPOs), Business, Government Departments and all other sector organisations to an amendment of the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) of the Greater Oudtshoorn.
This amendment session will be held as follows:
: Oudtshoorn Municipal Banquet Hall (Voortrekker Road 69)

The municipality is embarking on amending its Integrated Development Plan for 2023/2024 financial year and decided to invite all sector organisations to engage and give input for better planning in order to boost the socio-economic situation of the town, to create a conducive and sustainable environment to attract possible investors and to improve working relations. However, the municipality would like to engage with the abovementioned organisations through their organized structures, etc. sports through the Sports Council.
The municipality will engage in a (1) hour break-away session with the different organised structures in the following groupings:
1. Social Grouping (sports councils, religious- and cultural formations) including infrastructure relevant to them.
Finance, economics, and tourism (business chambers, environment – and tourism formations) including infrastructure relevant to them.
3. Infrastructure and environmental groupings to attract potential investors
