World Water Day event in Vukani tomorrow

Grahamstown will host an event to raise awareness about World Water Day in Vukani tomorrow, Saturday 18 March.

Inviting members of the public to attend the event, the Grahamstown base Institute for Water Research (IWR) said over the past few years, Unilever South Africa had co-sponsored the Unilever Centre for Environmental Water Quality (UCEWQ) research on the Vukani water supply system.

“The research was primarily led by Grahamstown based Water for Dignity,” said the IWR’s Matthew Weaver.
