The Grahamstown Conversation Part II
Following the success of the inaugural Grahamstown Conversation in August last year, the Grahamstown Business Forum in collaboration with the Grahamstown Residents’ Association, the National Arts Festival, the Creative City Project and Makana Municipality are inviting the public to a meeting. The purpose is to provide residents with an opportunity to meet and engage with major role players and one another around issues that affect the quality of life of everyone living and working in Grahamstown.
The Grahamstown Conversation Part 2 takes place on Thursday 12 October 2017 at 5.30pm for 6pm. The venue is Prime, 63 New Street (between Debonairs and Rat & Parrot).
With the GBF’s Markus Mostert hosting the session and chairing a question-andanswer session afterwards, the scheduled speakers are Tony Lankester, CEO of the National Arts Festival – ‘Imagining the National Arts Festival 2018’; the adminstrator seconded to Makana Municipality from the Office of the Premier on the way forward for Makana, and GBF Chairperson Richard Gaybba.
