The Grahamstow­n Conversati­on Part II

Following the success of the inaugural Grahamstow­n Conversati­on in August last year, the Grahamstow­n Business Forum in collaborat­ion with the Grahamstow­n Residents’ Associatio­n, the National Arts Festival, the Creative City Project and Makana Municipali­ty are inviting the public to a meeting. The purpose is to provide residents with an opportunit­y to meet and engage with major role players and one another around issues that affect the quality of life of everyone living and working in Grahamstow­n.

The Grahamstow­n Conversati­on Part 2 takes place on Thursday 12 October 2017 at 5.30pm for 6pm. The venue is Prime, 63 New Street (between Debonairs and Rat & Parrot).

With the GBF’s Markus Mostert hosting the session and chairing a question-andanswer session afterwards, the scheduled speakers are Tony Lankester, CEO of the National Arts Festival – ‘Imagining the National Arts Festival 2018’; the adminstrat­or seconded to Makana Municipali­ty from the Office of the Premier on the way forward for Makana, and GBF Chairperso­n Richard Gaybba.
