SEDRU marks rugby heritage

The South Eastern District Rugby Union hosted a Heritage rugby festival at the Oval on Saturday.

Held on a freezing and and rainy day which kept many supporters in their cars as they watched the games, the festival aimed at encouraging young players to celebrate their heritage through rugby.

While not all invited teams came, the four that particapated kept their energy and focus.

Old Collegians beat Lily White 23-20 and Brumbies Invitation drew 10-10 with Rosebuds.
