Grahamstown Wind-energie Aanleg
Aansoek word gedoen vir vergunningsgebruik op die restant van die plaas Gilead (nr 361), restant van die plaas Peynes Kraal (nr 362, Houkoers) en restant van die plaas Tower Hill (nr 363), Registrasiegebied Albany, Oos-Kaap.
Kennis geskied hiermee dat die volgende aansoek ingedien is by die Makana Muinisipaliteit:
1. Vergunningsgebruik van hernubareenergie struktuur op grond gesoneer as Landbou Sone 1.
2. Permanente afwyking om wind turbines te vestig met maksimum hoogte van meer as 200m. 3. Munisipale goedkeuring vir die registrasie van servitute en/of huurgebied ooreenkomste.
Doel: Die vestiging van ‘n 76 MW windenergie aanleg en gepaardgaande infrastruktuur.
Aansoeker: Grahamstown Wind Farm (Edms) Bpk.
Nadere besonderhede lê tydens kantoorure (weekdae 08:00-13:00 en 13:30-16:30) ter insae by die Munisipale Bestuurder, Munisipaliteit Makana, Hoogstraat 55, Makhanda. Navrae kan gerig word aan Mr X Zondo by 079

Application is made for consent use on the remaining extent of Farm Gilead (No 361), remaining extent of Farm Peynes Kraal (No 362, Houkoers) and remaining extent of Farm Tower Hill (No 363), Registration Division Albany, Eastern Cape.
Notice is hereby given that following application has been submitted to the Makana Municipality:
1. Consent use of renewable energy structure on land zoned as Agriculture Zone 1.
2. Permanent departure to construct wind turbines with a maximum height of more than 200m.
3. Municipal consent to register servitudes
and/or lease agreements.
Aim: To establish a 76 MW wind energy facility and associated infrastructure.
