1 This black cast-iron bath is highlighted by a bold focal wall covered in Moroccan tiles, while metro tiles on the other walls and a quartz floor complete the picture. The bath exterior was first treated with a rust-resistant paint before being finished with black Hammerite paint.
2 Besides tiles, raw wood elements also enhance a Moroccan aesthetic. A convenient walk-in closet is located behind these beautiful double doors.
3 A simple wall-mounted spout with a decorative ‘rose’, combined with stainless steel taps and a mirror with a dark varnished wooden frame – all from Moroccan Warehouse in Cape Town – perfectly complements this bathroom with its sealed cement walls (Earthcote Pandomo in the colour Amaglass from Paintsmiths). A Moroccan soap dish adds the finishing touch.
