Finely chop a mix­ture of dates, can­died gin­ger, can­died

pineap­ple and glacé cher­ries to make 125ml. Stir in 60ml chopped al­monds. Fol­low the ba­sic fill­ing recipe, but add 5ml brandy and fold in most of the fruit mix­ture. Spoon into the pre­pared crust and sprin­kle the rest of the fruit on top. Al­low to set then gar­nish with choco­late curls.
