Keep calm with chamomile

Chamomile is well known as a soothing herb, its flowers being used in teas, lotions and compresses. It is a low-growing plant that works well as a lawn, reaching just 20cm in height. Chamomile will grow in semi-shade and likes well-drained, fertile soil. It bears white and yellow daisy-like flowers in summer and self-seeds readily.
