• Be precise when it comes to temperatures; use a thermometer!
• You will need a halloumi cheese-making kit from A3 Technologies (R275, excluding VAT & delivery). Each kit includes: 1 x 50g rennet; 1 x 100g calcium chloride; 2 x disposable cheesecloths; 1 x 500g non-iodised salt; 1 x thermometer plus a handy recipe card.
