• You will need a halloumi cheese-making kit from A3 Technologi­es (R275, excluding VAT & delivery). Each kit includes: 1 x 50g rennet; 1 x 100g calcium chloride; 2 x disposable cheeseclot­hs; 1 x 500g non-iodised salt; 1 x thermomete­r plus a handy recipe card.
