KRUSH MIMOSA

Take cocktail hour to new heights with this delicious, easy-to-make mimosa made with Krush Orange Juice.

Serves 2 • Preparatio­n time: 5 minutes INGREDIENT­S

• 1 orange

• 125ml sugar (optional) • 250ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine, chilled

• 250ml Krush Orange Juice, chilled

METHOD

1 Make the berry syrup Place the ingredient­s in a small saucepan on medium heat and simmer gently for 5–10 minutes until the berries start breaking down. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

2 Peel the orange in a long strip to form a spiral. Slice the orange and set aside as a garnish. BERRY SYRUP

• 125ml frozen berries • 30ml grenadine • 15ml orange zest

3 Wet the rim of the glass and dip it in the sugar (if using).

4 Place a spoonful of berry syrup in each glass.

5 Add the non-alcoholic sparkling wine and top up with Krush Orange Juice.

6 Garnish with the sliced orange and the spiral of orange peel. Enjoy!
