Catering for corporate clients and celebrities is all in a day’s work and, most recently, the company spread its wings to open up ON A ROLL Dog Kitchen in Cape Town, a Fifties-style diner serving up gourmet hot dogs to the tune of rock’n’roll.
Chef Ayub continues to share his lifelong passion for food and cooking through his well-known courses at the company’s state-of-the-art kitchens in Cape Town.
You can ignite your passion for cooking by learning to prepare and present all manner of poultry and meat, seafood, pasta… Here you’ll acquire knife skills in the kitchen, and master the art of making sauces and Turkish börek.
