Cater­ing for cor­po­rate clients and celebri­ties is all in a day’s work and, most re­cently, the com­pany spread its wings to open up ON A ROLL Dog Kitchen in Cape Town, a Fifties-style diner serv­ing up gourmet hot dogs to the tune of rock’n’roll.

Chef Ayub con­tin­ues to share his life­long pas­sion for food and cook­ing through his well-known cour­ses at the com­pany’s state-of-the-art kitchens in Cape Town.

You can ig­nite your pas­sion for cook­ing by learn­ing to pre­pare and present all man­ner of poul­try and meat, seafood, pasta… Here you’ll ac­quire knife skills in the kitchen, and master the art of mak­ing sauces and Turk­ish börek.
