Durbanville Hills Merlot Rosé offers a fresh dimension to alfresco meals

THERE’S NOTHING QUITE LIKE that first sip of wine around the table with friends to celebrate the season.

Durbanville Hills cellar was created when nine leading vineyard owners in the cool, hillside Durbanville area pooled their knowledge and resources, giving rise to a range of acclaimed wines known for their intense f lavour spectrums.

A recent addition to the cellar offering is Durbanville Hills Merlot Rosé, a light-bodied wine the colour of pomegranates. Crisp and refreshing, it’s evocative of summer berries and rose petals. Enjoy it chilled as an accompaniment to a variety of dishes, from poultry and seared tuna to grilled vegetables, salads and tapas-style platters.
