The open-plan living-cum-dining room is full of notable designer creations, including a petite grey Oeuf (Egg) chair, a shapely pair of cream Ours Polaire easy chairs and a matching Ours Polaire sofa – all by French designer Jean Royère – set around a coffee table by Austrian-born designer Paul Frankl. Black metal standing lamps by Mouille and a wall-mounted light (at left) by Prouvé illuminate the space, with its wooden stools by French architect Charlotte Perriand and dark-glazed ceramic pieces by French ceramicists Pol Chambost and Jouve. A contemporary abstract artwork by young Berlin-based street artist XOOOOX is displayed above the marble fireplace, upon which stands a white ceramic by French artist André Borderie.
