Bhixa le ngxube ezinweleni kube yimizuzu engama-30 kuya ku-45 bese ufaka i- shower cap. Masaja izinwele, uzehlukanise bese uziyakaza, uzitayele ngendlela yakho. Faka ukwatapheya, i- shea butter, i- olive oil no- vinegar kwiblender. Kuhlanganise konke, uma kunesidingo yengeza ngeolive oil kuze kuba ingxube ijiya ngendlela oyithandayo. Uma uqeda faka ezinweleni kube imizuzu ewu-30 kuya ku-45 ugqoke i- shower cap. Hlambulula izinwele uziyayele ngendlela yakho.
Ukwenza izinwele zingahlephuki udinga:
Izipuni eziwu-4 ze- extra virgin coconut oil Izipuni ezimbili ze- pure honey. Kuya ngokuthi izinwele zihlangene noma zinde kangakanani, uma uthanda ungasenyusa isikali.
