IKHUZA ibuya iBongumusa Mthembu Training Run ezokuba mhla ka-29 kuZibandlela (December) esukela eThusong Centre, eMpendle isongwe eBulwer Primary School khona belu eBulwer.
Lo mjaho webanga lika-60km uhlelwe yiBongumusa Mthembu Foundation kanti inhloso yawo ukulungiselela abasubathi imijaho ka-2019. UMthembu ( osesithombeni) oyingqwele yeComrades Marathon kuthiwa naye uzokube eyingxenye yalo mjaho ukuzozilolongela imijaho yangonyaka ozayo.
Kuzokhumbuleka ukuthi uMthembu nguyena obe yingqwele yawo nyakenye. NeLANGA beliyingxenye yawo kanti elingakubalula ukuthi ungeminye yemijaho enzima kakhulu.
Yize kuyiTraining Run kodwa bayacelwa abasubathi abazobamba iqhaza kulo mjaho ukuthi kufanele babe baqatha ngokwanele kwazise unzima. Unezintaba ezine ezingaphezulu kuka-5km iyinye.

“UMthembu osanda kudla ubhedu kwiSani Stagger uzokube ekhona ezovikela isicoco sakhe kulo mjaho. Sibonga kakhulu iMpendle neDr. Nkosazane Dlamini Zuma Municipality ngokufaka isandla ukuze lo mjaho ube yimpumelelo,” kusho uNgcobo.
