Zibophezele kulokho ofuna ukukwenza

“Kumele usebenzise kahle imali ngoZibandlela uma ufuna ukonga imali ngonyaka olandelayo, ngale kwalokho unyaka wonke uwuchitha ukhokha inzuzo,” kusho yena.
Njengoba sazi ukuthi abantu abaningi bathanda izitokofela, uMnu Mtshali uthi lena yindlela enhle kakhulu yokonga kodwa kubalulekile ukuba abantu bayiqale ngendlela ephephile.
“Sihlala sizwa izindaba ezidabukisayo uma sekuphela unyaka, abantu benyamalala nemali yabantu. Indlela ephephile wukuya ebhange nivule i-akhawunti yesitokofela. Enikudingayo nje wumthethosisekelo wenu nabantu abazosayina.
“Uma senihlukanisa, akekho umuntu onikwa imali esandleni, ifakwa kuma-akhawunti amalungu. Lena yindlela ephephile kanti okuhle manje abantu sebedlala nezitokofela zokuthengisana imizi, okuyinto engiyincoma kakhulu,” kusho yena.

Phakathi kwezinto athi zigcina ziholela ekubeni abantu baphele amandla, bangakwazi ukuqhubeka nalokhu abasuke bezibekele khona kuqala unyaka, wukungabi nalo ulwazi lwento abasuke befuna ukuyenza.
