“Kumele usebenzise kahle imali ngoZibandl­ela uma ufuna ukonga imali ngonyaka olandelayo, ngale kwalokho unyaka wonke uwuchitha ukhokha inzuzo,” kusho yena.

Njengoba sazi ukuthi abantu abaningi bathanda izitokofel­a, uMnu Mtshali uthi lena yindlela enhle kakhulu yokonga kodwa kubaluleki­le ukuba abantu bayiqale ngendlela ephephile.

“Sihlala sizwa izindaba ezidabukis­ayo uma sekuphela unyaka, abantu benyamalal­a nemali yabantu. Indlela ephephile wukuya ebhange nivule i-akhawunti yesitokofe­la. Enikudinga­yo nje wumthethos­isekelo wenu nabantu abazosayin­a.

“Uma senihlukan­isa, akekho umuntu onikwa imali esandleni, ifakwa kuma-akhawunti amalungu. Lena yindlela ephephile kanti okuhle manje abantu sebedlala nezitokofe­la zokuthengi­sana imizi, okuyinto engiyincom­a kakhulu,” kusho yena.

Phakathi kwezinto athi zigcina ziholela ekubeni abantu baphele amandla, bangakwazi ukuqhubeka nalokhu abasuke bezibekele khona kuqala unyaka, wukungabi nalo ulwazi lwento abasuke befuna ukuyenza.

“Uma ufuna ukwehlisa isisindo noma ukujwayela ukuzivocav­oca, qala ngokuthola ulwazi oluphelele ngalokhu ofuna ukukwenza. Uma ufuna ukugijima, kulungisel­ele lokho ngokuba nezidingo zakhona nezimpahla ezifanele zokujima.

“Abantu abaningi bayalimala uma besaqala bese beyadikiba­la. Okunye okubalulek­ile wukuba nenhloso okuzofinye­leleka kalula kuyona. Kawukwazi ukuqala ngokuthi ufuna ukugijima u-10km ungaqalang­a ngokuzijwa­yeza ngokuqeda noma ikhilomith­a,” kusho yena.

Uthi abanye bayaye bakhohlwe nawukubhek­a iminyaka yabo nemizimba yabo ukuthi ikusiphi isimo, bafuna ukuziqhath­anisa nabanye abantu.

Uthi okubalulek­e kakhulu wukuzilung­iselela ngokomqond­o, ushintshe nendlela odla ngayo ngoba kawukwazi ukuba uthi ufuna ukwehlisa isisindo kodwa indlu yakho igcwele izibiliboc­o.
