Qikelela ukuthi kawuseqi isidlo sasekuseni esinempilo, zama izidlo ezingenawo amafutha njengeJung­le Oats, yingxubeva­nge yezithelo ne- yoghurt ( smoothie) noma izithelo uzenze isaladi. Okubalulek­ile ngesidlo sasekuseni, kumele sibukeke, sikuhalise, zama ukuzinika isikhathi sokudla. Ithiphu elula yokukhucul­ula *Amanzi, ulamula, u- cucumber: kucwilise u-30 minutes ngaphambi kokukuphuz­a. Yenza i- juice wama- vegetable. I- carrot juice inezakhamz­imba uVitamin A noVitamin C; yenziwa ngo- carrot, i-aphula, iwolintshi nejinja. Ungasebenz­isa umshini wokuhla- nganisa lezi zitshalo, obizwa ngeblender ukuthola i- juice yazo.

Ungenza nengxubeva­nge yamaaphula, ulamula nejinja - lona-ke ungakusiza ngisho kuthiwa uqalwa wumkhuhlan­e.

Ungazitika-ke nangokudla okunomsoco ukuzibuyis­ela emzimbeni wakho. Phakathi kwalokhuku­dla kungaba yi- spinach nesibindi esivuthwe kahle, hhayi ngokweqile.
