Ready to Bake

Pre-heat oven at 150 degrees Pour the mixture in the loaf pan Bake in oven for 50 min to 1 hour at 175 degrees Test that the banana loaf is well baked 10 min before its finishing time. Insert a toothpick or knife in the centre, if it comes out clean, the centre of the loaf is done.


1kg flour

3 eggs

6 Banana

1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder ½ cup of sugar

¼ cup oil (optional) 100g butter



Mix dry ingredient­s together

Beat eggs and vanilla essence (mix)

Mix banana and eggs mixture

Melt butter- wait until it cools

When it cools, mix banana mixture and butter

Mix flour mixture and banana mixture and (oil optional) Add milk
