Chicken Breast

with Mushroom Sauce



1 tray Chicken Breasts (Skinless) White Button Mushrooms Flour





Cooking Oil

Chopped onions Crushed garlic Seasoning spice of choice Grated cheese (optional)


Heat the pan and oil on the mid- high temperatur­e stove

Pour in the chopped onions and garlic and fry Season the onions with your seasoning of choice Pour in the sliced mushrooms and fry When the onions and mushrooms are half cooked, place the pan aside

White Sauce:

Melt the butter in the saucepan

Pour in the flour and whisk to avoid lumps Pour the milk in the sauce pan and whisk until its smooth

Season the sauce with a PINCH of salt and pepper

Grated cheese is optional

Pour the sauce on the half- cooked onions and mushroom and slowly cook at a low heated stove

Take the seasoned chicken breasts and place in the sauce to cook

Cook in sauce for 15-20 minutes
