Homemade Burgers

500g Mince meat (Beef) Breadcrumb­s Spice (Steak& Chops) 1 Egg

Salt

Cooking oil Burger rolls Onions (Ring shape) Tomatoes sliced Lettuce Cucumber (Sliced) Butter

Sauce

Method:

Mix the mince, egg, spices and salt in a mixing bowl.

Mix thoroughly and take a portion and form into a circular shape.

Heat cooking oil on the stove and place the burger to fry.

Fry the burger on a mid- high temperatur­e stove for 8-10 minutes, until it is well cooked.

Serving suggestion­s:

Cut the rolls in the middle Butter rolls

Place the burger on the roll Sliced tomatoes Lettuce Cucumber
